Asylum Staff: bar swap before the second force pulse

Hi, before farm this staff for a specific build, does it proc if :

1. i have asylum staff in front bar,
2. i cast a first force pulse on my back bar
3. then i cast a second force pulse on my front bar ?

No, both casts must be done on the Asylum weapon bar.

Real question is why would you have Force Pulse on 2 bars?

it was for a ganker 2 shot build : draugrkin + winterborn (backbar charged) + asilyum (frontbar not charged)
