Morningstar Frostwear Style New Life Festival

On my Second New Life Box I received the Morningstar Frostwear Hat. On my 4th box i received the older Nord Carved Style page. So i stopped opening up boxes with a fear there was a cool down lol. Does anyone know if the New Styler page has a 20 Hour Cooldown? Thanks!

✭✭✭Just to note, ZOS also did not force a drop in the first 10 new life dailies. So to get the new style page(s) you may have to use multiple characters.
Didn't get a new style page drop the first day.2 -

✭✭The drop rate seems annoyingly low (for people with only one character, or who gets tired of grinding the same 10 quests repeatedly, at least). On Thursday it took me 7-8 boxes, Friday took 22, and I still haven't got a drop after 15+ boxes today.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I prefer when the first box has better chance of the new rewards, like in most events, although I don’t recall whether that used to be the case for New Life or not.3
