Morningstar Frostwear Style New Life Festival

On my Second New Life Box I received the Morningstar Frostwear Hat. On my 4th box i received the older Nord Carved Style page. So i stopped opening up boxes with a fear there was a cool down lol. Does anyone know if the New Styler page has a 20 Hour Cooldown? Thanks!

Just to note, ZOS also did not force a drop in the first 10 new life dailies. So to get the new style page(s) you may have to use multiple characters.

Didn't get a new style page drop the first day.

The drop rate seems annoyingly low (for people with only one character, or who gets tired of grinding the same 10 quests repeatedly, at least). On Thursday it took me 7-8 boxes, Friday took 22, and I still haven't got a drop after 15+ boxes today.

I prefer when the first box has better chance of the new rewards, like in most events, although I don’t recall whether that used to be the case for New Life or not.
