(Edit: My understanding of Cycle boss armor was based on PTS design, which was changed before live release. As mentioned in first reply, mob armor is now 9100 for all except for Tho'at at 18200)
I have read that Cycle boss armor increases with each Cycle. Cycle 1 boss = 9100 armor, Cycle 2 boss = 18200 armor, Cycle 3 boss = 27300 armor, Cycle 4 boss = 36400 armor. This is why Cycle 1 boss of Arc X will often feel a lot easier than Cycle 4 boss of Arc X-1. Cycle 1 bosses basically have no mitigation because 9100 armor is easy to penetrate, whereas Cycle 4 bosses have huge mitigations.
Does this apply only to boss? Boss adds? All mobs in Cycle, even trash mobs in earlier stages?
Is there a mitigation max on mobs? Does 36400 mob armor = 36400/500 = 72.8% damage mitigation? Or does it max out at 50% like player armor mitigation? And mob armor above 25000 is just a buffer to force player to penetrate more and more to get any change in mob mitigation?
