Endless Archive Mob Armor Questions

(Edit: My understanding of Cycle boss armor was based on PTS design, which was changed before live release. As mentioned in first reply, mob armor is now 9100 for all except for Tho'at at 18200)

I have read that Cycle boss armor increases with each Cycle. Cycle 1 boss = 9100 armor, Cycle 2 boss = 18200 armor, Cycle 3 boss = 27300 armor, Cycle 4 boss = 36400 armor. This is why Cycle 1 boss of Arc X will often feel a lot easier than Cycle 4 boss of Arc X-1. Cycle 1 bosses basically have no mitigation because 9100 armor is easy to penetrate, whereas Cycle 4 bosses have huge mitigations.

Does this apply only to boss? Boss adds? All mobs in Cycle, even trash mobs in earlier stages?

Is there a mitigation max on mobs? Does 36400 mob armor = 36400/500 = 72.8% damage mitigation? Or does it max out at 50% like player armor mitigation? And mob armor above 25000 is just a buffer to force player to penetrate more and more to get any change in mob mitigation?

all enemies in the archive only have 9100 armor, except tho'at which has 18200 (doesnt matter which arc)

enemies in later arcs get harder not because of more armor but because of significantly more health

trash mobs in arc 5 have like nearly 600k hp (more than most public dungeon bosses)

trash mobs in arc 9 have 1.8 million hp, which is about as much as most world bosses

while enemies in arc 1 only have about overland health (30-60k)

How much pen does everyone else bring to EA? This makes me feel like you need closer to 9k than 18k, because Tho'at is the only enemy with 18k, and starting in arcs 5-6, Tho'at feels way easier than the Cycle bosses.

I use caltrops to proc azureblight which gives major breach, and then about 1600 through passives etc.

my mag warden i use for tanking the archive has only the cp passive base 700 pen

i get the rest from major and minor breach

my arcanist that is a dps can deal more dmg, but thats a combination of having a much higher crit chance and weapon dmg than the warden (my arcanist dps has 52% crit chance vs 29% on my warden, and has about 1500 or so more weapon dmg than the warden)

if my warden gets sufficient amount of focused efforts i can still do around 130k dmg per cast of ele sus
