permanent silence from suppression field/bug

It seems now since the changes suppression field can sometimes permanently silence you. The only way to remove it is to visit another instance. Unlike all the debuffs that are ui bugs this is an actual permanent debuff and is super game breaking for magic users. I can activate stam skills but not magic.
