HELP! Default ultimate Keybinds stuck for controller

Hello, on some of my characters, the default controller LB+RB Keybinds shows in my action bar, but isn’t set as a Keybinds on any Keybinds in controls. I checked every single Keybinds, reset keyboard and controller defaults, reinstalled the game, removed add ons, removed the elder scrolls online folder and still nothing. This only happens on a few characters, but not all, which is weird. Has this ever happened to anyone?

LB+RB by default is Ultimate ability and I don't think you can change that.

While gamepad mode or accessibility mode, bringing up the options will show a diagram of all the controller actions.

I'm guessing, perhaps it might be that ultimate abilities are not slotted on a few characters.

Yes. Exactly! However, on some characters the above diagram does not reflect lb and RB being mapped to the ultimate, but on others, it does reflect lb and Rb being the ultimate, although there are no key binds that reflect that combo.

Update. Support recommended I wipe all my key binds on all my characters and now this issue is present across all my characters. I turned off accessibility mode, turned on game pad mode, turn the keybind mode to show only keyboard, and the ultimate still goes off with LB and RB

Hi @ZOS_Bill , sorry for the very late reply. I was able to get this resolved with a friend of mine who plays on controller. The support team responded to the best of their ability with 231013-005789. The recommendations didn't solve it. The below however, did.

Settings/gameplay/game pad mode
Turn off of automatic to set binds

Set binds out of gamepad mode, then turn accessibility mode on.

The problem with gamepad still persists. There is now an issue where the movement stutters and frame rate drops when a second input is detected (controller, & built in controller or controller and keyboard/mouse) here is the ticket number - 240401-003730

This Old but I'm also having this issue. I'm not sure of how you fixed it and if you see this I would ask if you could give me some help with you direction of what worked. I am trying to unbind the Ultimate from the preset to a new binding but it will not unbind the the LB+RB

I want to turn off the LB+RB as I the ultimate ability bound to another button on my controller.
