Anyone else lose everything that was in their storage chests?

My husband put in a ticket, was receiving great response and it seemed like ZOS cared about the 2000 of each raw mat that went missing BUT the last agent contact was September 14, so we have been waiting on an agent for over 2 weeks! This is ridiculous.
