Drop the CONCEDE penalty

No, concede penalty should stay. This is an MMO and there are rewards involved with this game, often times very valuable things like chromium grains, crafting motifs and so on. If you don't want to play the card game then don't play, but there are ways to come back and you can surrender once enough time passed in the game, it's good enough as it is and doesn't need changing.

I do not understand your argument. What does conceding have to do with the rewards? The winner still gets the rewards, the conceding player gets nothing.

Abusable, as stated before many times. yes it can be moderated but why have extra work for moderators if current system is already perfect? Conceding early also just feels bad for the opponent who wanted to play the game, card games with concede culture are so very toxic IMO.

What exactly is abusable? Do you mean two players conspiring to concede to each other? The penalty should stay in duels when one player challenges another directly. When two people are matched randomly it's not that easy to do. I guess really dedicated players could theoretically think of something (I do not know what) , but the rewards really would not justify the efforts.

Ultimately the "rewards" are basic crafting mats and not so valuable recipes. There were people banned from the early launch of TOT for win trading, so it's doubtful that people would be able to abuse conceding to get "rewards" and even if they found a way to without being banned, it wouldn't matter. There are already tons of materials in the game and many more being generated every day in vastly more efficient ways than TOT coffers.
    Don't tank

there are no rewards at all from tribute "duels", and also no cooldown timer, unless the other player declined the request (such as for normal duels if you decline, it will auto decline all duel requests for a short time)

I did not know that there is no reward or cooldown in the ToT duels (I've never used this system). Thanks for clarifying the issue.

tribute "duels" dont follow all of the same rules as queued tribute pvp either (there is no turn timer for example in a tribute duel), its a great method to use to teach someone tribute because you can explain things
