Exhausted about report bullying and ZOS doesn't do any action

Always the same player, I have captures where I ask him to stop doing emotes on my corpse but then he continues doing so. I can pass it once or twice, but everyday... I am exhaust about this bullying and I cannot stand it, I need to conntact actual support and not an automatic message in the mail.

I only have captures where you can see clearly him doing emotes and in the chat the petition to stop doing that and forget about me. But he doesn't stop and I am exhausted. He and his friends do emotes on me when I asked to stop multiple times.

This is really serious for me, any suggestion guys on how to get in contact with actual support and not automatic messages? I can provide the information I have.

Have you considered just ignoring this and the individuals doing it?

I am not trying to disregard your concern but it seems like assigning more attention to this isn't the best use of anyone's time or efforts.

I will not, I will not allow harassing and bullying. Not irl, not in a game.

Perhaps you should try other alternatives. Like PVE or roleplaying

You can be banned for doing anything to a corpse. Someone I know was permanently banned for "shooting a corpse with a bow" .

Another thing, they recently changed the terms of service and you can get players banned for t-bagging or emoting your body without asking them to stop. This is because some people play in offline mode or put others on ignore, so it created a loophole.

I never quite caught up on that - but my take on this stands: What about corpses left there either to spy or just because they have a back-revive somewhere, or literally just bait for gankers? Why isn't THAT considered an offence and breaking of tos?

Just move along already and stop twisting what's already questionable to begin with. You die, you rez! It's that simple! Sitting around only brings negativity along! And no - afk-ing while dead is not an excuse either. If you died in battle it means you were very much on the keyboard. Is it that hard to click another button and rez someplace before getting off your keyboard?

You think choosing to lay dead so you can watch what other players are doing and see what their names are or are waiting for a camp to be put up should be a violation of the TOS?

No more than having corpses "told" to move along when they outlived their laying around. So in THIS particular context, if "telling" corpses through emotes they are no longer welcome in the area, has gone as far as being a violation of the TOS then so does this type of behaviour should. Personally and just logically speaking, none should be though. So there - you have it. You make something into bullying and TOS violation, make and the behaviour which led to it a TOS violation as well!! Everyone's happy!

Mind though I speak about those extensively staying dead when nothing else is going on. I have already mentioned in another post that if a battle is going on in the area and you are just waiting for another ally to rez you or chances are someone around may set up a camp is fine. When all things are done and nobody else is in the area though, why do it? That's just as much a form of bullying as being "emoted" into going away. Thank you. (But really you're all just too sensitive and self-absorbed if such genuine trifles made it into an actual conversation even with repercussions into TOS. War is war and anything is acceptable! - provided is not some cheat or exploit!).

Why on earth would taking your time to rez up with a violation of the TOS? Cyrodiil isn't Battlegrounds where you pretty much always want to get back in the fight as fast as possible. There's plenty of valid tactical reasons to sit dead for a minute.

I mean, I think it's a fine time to bio-break, as opposed to doing so in a keep where I might get ganked while AFK and killed again. Usually I'm waiting to see if a keep unflags, though.

In any case, what you think of the people lying dead is actually irrelevant to what ZOS has said about creating a negative play environment. If someone asks you to stop, you ought to stop.

Except people stay dead waaaaaay longer than that! A minute as you said is fine - but as I said, if a certain behaviour is considered negative, the behaviour which led to it should be considered as well. Again - context is everything. Read up pls.

So? Again, why would staying dead for five, ten minutes, whatever, be against the TOS? There's nothing inherently rulebreaking or exploitative about staying dead, so it can't be that.

Its also kinda irrelevant to what ZOS has said about the main topic of the thread. (I refer you to the link in my first post here, paraphrased: spamming emotes and teabags is fine, but if you're asked to stop, you need to stop, and if you don't, that's crossing a line into harassment.) And I suppose we should consider the likely addendum: being offline is not a license to harass.

But I'm just curious why you think remaining dead should be against the TOS, mostly because as a PVPer, I don't think I've ever been bothered enough to spam emotes at a long-dead foe enough times to qualify as harassment.

The logic of "if spamming emotes/teabags is negative, then any behavior that causes me to spam emotes/teabags must be negative too" not only doesn't hold up to large amount of normal Cyrodiil gameplay that draws teabags (ganking, bombing, questing, being a particularly capable enemy player, etc.), it seems to me to be throwing the responsibility on the harassed, not the harasser.

There is no reason you MUST spam emotes or teabags at dead foes (even long dead foes) to the point of harassment. That's your choice to do so or not, and you're responsible for the way you act.

When I get beat in PvP I immediately release. I'm not a fan of tbagging, but just lying there only draws attention to the fact that I was beaten and encourages it.
