Exhausted about report bullying and ZOS doesn't do any action

Always the same player, I have captures where I ask him to stop doing emotes on my corpse but then he continues doing so. I can pass it once or twice, but everyday... I am exhaust about this bullying and I cannot stand it, I need to conntact actual support and not an automatic message in the mail.

I only have captures where you can see clearly him doing emotes and in the chat the petition to stop doing that and forget about me. But he doesn't stop and I am exhausted. He and his friends do emotes on me when I asked to stop multiple times.

This is really serious for me, any suggestion guys on how to get in contact with actual support and not automatic messages? I can provide the information I have.

I'm not sure using emotes is an actual vioalation of terms.

I am curious though; is this happening in Cyrodill?
Have you tried doing something different like:

    Avoid the area
    Run with a group
Respawn immediately. (Why aren't you? Unless this is a bg?)
If this is a BG - stay with your team.

Imossible to solve for without more details other than people are using emotes over your corpse.

Cyrodiil, and I am not gonna avoid any zone because of this. I want to play as normal but not being bullied because I am not gonna stop playing because of a guy. And I am pretty sure that if you asked about stop doing emotes of sweep like if I am trash or something and he continues is a violation of terms.

This is not the first time, the first time that happened was on 7th of April (near 4 months, the first report with captures) and he continued and even more on this week.

I am not a new player also, playing since 2016 and never had any problem with people except this guy.

I've had some luck with Support by replying to their emails. Unfortunately since you're reporting a player, they may not be willing to discuss it in more detail since there's another account involved.

I'd suggest @ ZOS_GinaBruno or ZOS_Kevin or PM them to ask if there's a good way to contact Support about a documented pattern of harassment rather than simply reporting it as it happens. I do suggest continuing to document and report it in the meantime.

Sorry that player's not respecting you.

It can be. Gina specifically says that players ought to stop when asked: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/596444/do-you-have-any-advice-to-stop-teabaggers-and-disrespectful-enemies/p1

This may not be a satisfying or ideal solution, but I think you can change your gamer tag once for free. In other words, if ZOS is not helping out with the issue, take it into your own hands and just change your identity. Might want to pick out a new outfit too. 😉

Actually it is IF they continue after the player has asked them to stop.

As with many things in-game, context is very important. The act of standing and squatting over another NPC or character to teabag them can be considered a form of harassment which can be a violation of the Terms of Service (ToS). As with all forms of harassment, if a player asks you to stop a behavior, you need to stop. If you continue to teabag someone that asks you to stop, that is a violation of the ToS and may lead to your account being suspended or even permanently banned. Hope this helps clear things up

I did many times but I only get "record when it happens" automatic reply and I am not gonna do that because I dont want to install a program for just record it when there are captures where I asked in different days to stop doing emotes and he continues doing it in the captures, I mean, in the chat appears that meanwhile he is doing emotes.

Reports doesn't work. So I dont know what to do more.

If you're running a recent version of Windows, you have recording tools built in. The current Windows Snipping tool will do it, for example. If it's frustrating you to this degree, there's nothing like video to paint the picture.

Doing emotes is a viable way of "telling" the corpses to move along. If you stay too long dead in one place for the other alliance it only means that your own has a tent somewhere and whatever group you came with will return, or you are waiting for a revive from some hidden ganker around or .. or ... or... So better consider how long you choose to stay dead in a place before complaining about other people's actions. The best course is to revive asap wherever you can. If in a group, it is ok to wait for a potential revival from a fellow player, but alone? That's you that's bullying - sorry.

And I sure hope this conversation involves genuine emotes. T-bagging is a known offence and bannable, so if that is the case, tis a whole other story altogether, in which case I pity you.

everything is wrong! If someone tbagging me, I feel honored because it means I was challenged in some way. If an opponent kills me and thinks I'm not worthy to even get a solid tbagging, that's the ultimate insult to me

ZoS have been clear that continuing to tbag when asked to stop is not OK. If you don’t care that’s fine for you. But it isnt answering the OPs question.

You can be banned for doing anything to a corpse. Someone I know was permanently banned for "shooting a corpse with a bow" .

Another thing, they recently changed the terms of service and you can get players banned for t-bagging or emoting your body without asking them to stop. This is because some people play in offline mode or put others on ignore, so it created a loophole.

The amount of people that get upset by pixles never ceases to amaze me lol. I get teabagged daily running in a ball group. If I'm not getting teabagged then I'm doing something wrong. If you're upset about it then maybe pvp isn't for you if your feelings get hurt that easily.

Not trying to bait. Just being serious. PvP will always have people doing it. It's not gonna stop. You can't change that kind of engrained action. I look at it as if I'm getting teabagged then I upset the person whose doing it. I'm not gonna get upset about it. Just laugh mark the name down and keep killing that person.

Mudballs yes. I remember reading a thread years ago (I think even before this ToS clarification/adjustment) that someone caught a suspension for throwing mudballs at a group of roleplayers for hours at a time.

Here's the thing: the report system has become far too weaponized by trolls. If you can catch a ban for emoting once, without warning (and the ToS WAS changed to no longer require a warning from the "victim"), then why do "bad manners" emotes even exist in the first place? The entire point of a lot of emotes are to taunt enemies, so why on earth should you be able to catch a ban for doing that once or twice? [snip] there's a big difference between someone tbagging or /sweep-ing someone once or twice and genuine, repeated harassment. Making these things such easily bannable offenses does nothing but allow more malicious parties to slap bans onto people they don't like.

I never quite caught up on that - but my take on this stands: What about corpses left there either to spy or just because they have a back-revive somewhere, or literally just bait for gankers? Why isn't THAT considered an offence and breaking of tos?

Just move along already and stop twisting what's already questionable to begin with. You die, you rez! It's that simple! Sitting around only brings negativity along! And no - afk-ing while dead is not an excuse either. If you died in battle it means you were very much on the keyboard. Is it that hard to click another button and rez someplace before getting off your keyboard?

You think choosing to lay dead so you can watch what other players are doing and see what their names are or are waiting for a camp to be put up should be a violation of the TOS?

I run in a ball too, the thing is I dont mind to get tbag or hate whispered by a random, the thing is get emotes from the same guy and all his friends every time and when they see me, no matter what is happening they chase me all time (thay can do it, I mean, I dont mind to be focused) but emotes and this kind of things by him and his friends every day we saw each other... It can be really annoying, and I talked to him and said him to stop doing that but he continues.

Anybody who gets satisfaction from teabagging is either an immature kid, which, fine, or a socially stunted adult with issues.

I agree with the OP and others that ZOS should do what they can to protect its players from harassment/disrespectful behaviors.

Also, I encourage anyone who is bothered by this to remind themselves that the person doing it is either a kid, or a moron.

Good. Ball groups zerging down players and crouching repeatedly on their corpse, simulating the sexual action of dropping their private parts onto the corpse's face, should result in an immediate temporary ban without hesitation.

This is awesome news. Players have been prematurely going offline, zerging players, and simulating sexual acts on their corpses. Now I know I can start clipping them and send it straight to ZOS so they stop.

Going offline should never have been a way to avoid getting banned, nor is it an excuse to act the way they do.

Basically no one who tbags you is going to even think about the sexual act while doing it. Much less actually mean to insinuate that in any way.

Tbagging is the most simple form of taunting in the game, that's it.
