New toon Volenfell bug for end of quest

We killed the final three bosses but cannot finish the quest to get the skill point and final reward because we cannot flip the final lever. There is no arrow or anything on the lever to flip it. I did /reloadui, but nothing changed. I've been playing for 9+ years, but this is the first time my new arcanist has been in there. There were 3 of us who could not finish.

✭What do you mean final lever? After you beat the three centurions, you activate the altar and have to leave the room out the back when the skeletons start flooding the room.@Djennku, PCNA.
