Second bug like this for us in the past 3 days. I did not bug this or ask for help as it is a waste of time. Customer service refuses to help you with these things.

PC NA like I said in the report I made now 3 days ago for Volenfell. It's sunk about 4 pages down by now I suppose.
Sure, I ran it about (reasonable estimate) 25 times before this and never had a problem.
Now I've had similar problems of quest stoppers with undaunted dungeons 2 out of the last three days. It could be just bad luck I suppose. The game has bugs enough to go around for everyone.
It's not something we're doing wrong if that's what you are implying. Not our first time doing this. See above.
I could give more detailed info about it but I have other things I'd rather do. CS will not help you with this kind of problem, as I discovered. I won't bother people with anymore bugs I find.What platform? What region?
Ran this on PS4 NA and had no issue.

✭Same thing just happened to me today on PC/NA when doing a random dungeon, group disbanded after 5 minutes of running around looking for a solution, then just to rub it in I have to wait 10 minutes to do use Dungeon Finder again
