I have run into a bug with the quest The Lightless Oubliette to free King Laloriaran. I completed the 2nd and 3rd quest but went back to do the first quest for the skill point. I have Reloadedui, dropped quest and redone it (4x), grouped with someone, and I still don't get the skill point because the King doesn't spawn for me in Hollow City. The group member sees him and gets skill point but I don't. Please help. When I try to submit a bug report, the submit button will not work.
