This is a good response. The meta seems to be unkillable DK's and Wardens with high health spamming heals and taking 0 damage. They also don't put any damage out either I've noticed so I'm guessing just another troll build that runs laps around keeps for the thrill of being chased

There are many different types of PVP healers. The challenge of this role depends on your group composition, your combat environment and what you want to achieve. How 'easy' the role is depends fully on these factors.

I play heal without tanking sets, without vampirism, often heavily outnumbered, and my sustain is toned down to the bare minimum required to keep up a full healing rotation at all times during mobile and dynamic combat situations. If I screw up, there is a much greater chance the group wipes. That is not the same as some Warden wearing Aetherial Ascension with 7x Sturdy in a BG blockcasting Polar Wind. Healers who get hate often fall into the latter category, as many perceive them as red herrings who offer little to a group other than keeping multiple enemies busy.
