ESO Settings INI's completely overwritten

Logged in yesterday after the patch without any issue. Go to login today and apparently the launcher decided to completely overwrite my settings INI's and now I've lost all customizations. Anyone else have this problem?

Unfortunately I thought I had them backed up but the backup is over 2 years old
