Kicked back to character screen (after Nov 2nd hotfix)

@ZOS_GinaBruno hi there, just travelled from Sentinel WS to outside my house in Rivenspire and was kicked to character screen. The notes seem to indicate a hotfix was completed for this game behaviour, perhaps not fully working....
