What does “ANSWER PROVIDED ”mean?
Can someone from Zos please explain why my tickets get a response at times that says "answer provided" and there is actually no response in the ticket (web interface) or e-mail? , I see that my tickets status has been updated and it shows“ answers provided” , but I don't see any answers, I don't even receive an email as well as a solution to my problem, Because I see that the tickets is already showing “solved”
