Unable to enter Grey Host alliance locked campaign PC NA

The stated reason in the UI is because "a character of an opposing alliance" has locked the campaign, which is not true. I currently have 4 characters of the same alliance in that campaign, all of whom were in there last night prior to the patch.

In the past, the game has re-assigned campaigns to characters without notice or consent for multiple players I know. Check the characters you have from other alliances to see if it has done so for you.

I've checked them all. On DC characters it gives the error in the top right of the first image, on AD or EP it gives the error in the second image. Both errors cannot be true.

Also experiencing this issue. Xbox NA. Haven't been playing much this campaign, but only on AD characters. One is at reward tier 3, but now none can enter the campaign.

After the update, you may be getting a campaign locked message for Gray Host. This is caused by having multiple characters from different alliances assigned to Gray Host. Our FAQ below goes over how to enter this campaign.
