When queue for a new dungeon, it kicks you out of group and gives u a 15 minute penalty

sometimes when you queue for a dungeon, it will kick you out of the dungeon and you have to port back in again manually. sometimes it shows the group offline and then online again after 10-20 seconds, and then sometimes it just completely kicks you out of the group, giving you a 15 minute penalty. this is incredibly frustrating during the undaunted event that centers around finding dungeons. Please look into this issue asap.

✭✭On the console I have noticed that it will say upon entering the dungeon that I'm already in a group and can't join this group until I leave whatever group it thinks I'm in (I'm not BTW). But after that notice I show up in the player list and everything is fine. It is worrying though.
