Items that went poof
Im not gonna flip a fit about it but i was literally just fighting and my offhand axe just disapeared then swapped to a bow fought some and it too went poof all happened after the patch in the midst of playing so not sure how common this bug is but its happening. the items were junk anyways so im not too worried.

For missing items, you should check the inventory on each of your characters in case you misplaced the items. You should also check your Guild logs to see if you deposited the items in your Guild bank by accident.
