If your build does not depend on LA and DoT - of course you will not notice the changes. The problem is that the werewolf DOES NOT have other skills. He has an LA (nerfed to the ground) and a DoT (Claws, also nerfed more than 2 times).Necrotech_Master wrote: »i have to say that my builds dps didnt really change at all

If you use Jabs, then the damage reduction is extremely small. Because the DoTs that the templar can use are not nerfed. Before the patch, you spammed Jab in 1 second+LA. At the same time (as the developers say) you missed the GCD. Now you are spamming Jab for 0.8+LA and (as the developers say) don't miss the GCD. CP for LA damage increased by 5%. Jab damage is also increased. Thus, all that has changed is the resource consumption per 1 second. The difference that my templar has is either due to the gear or the fact that the developers increased the jab damage not in proportion to the loss of 1 hit. Especially since I'm talking about magic templar. I haven't tested the stamplar yet.
As for the werewolf, you know very well - he does NOT have a choice of skills. Either LA (damage reduced) or HA (damage reduced). Once every 20 seconds DoT (damage reduced by more than 2 times). Maybe once every 10 seconds another DoT from a jump that was not touched.
I used the LA build through the duelist set (nerfed) because it was (in my case) more effective than the HA build. Because I was forced to play with the "leader of the pack" (ZOS in 8 years did not find time to fix the bug with the fact that the dots of several werewolves overlap each other. Thus, if there are two werewolves, they have to have different morphs or lose damage) Sergeant + Queen's Elegance would have given more, but I planned this build for a different character.
I was 104k on the trial pre u35.
After tweaking my build and using the maelstrom bow instead of greatsword I hit 94k on the dummy, so a little under 10% loss (obviously with the dummy changes this would be lower vs actual targets).
This is on a stamden btw. I also realised I had to drop winter's respite as it's a poor dot now, and sub ass is now worse than deep fissure (Sub Ass does about 60k over 18 seconds with 3 casts while Deep Fissure was 52k over 18 seconds but 2 casts. With the spammable worth the difference when you reach the execute phase, getting the extra spin to win every 18 makes it pull ahead. Plus dropping respite and with fetcherflies lasting 20 seconds now you have room for the magicka ability)

i only did one on live, but i only got around 81.8k. this is all the way down from the 96-98k i was getting with the same build.
Finally took the time to actually try out my magsorc, my only character. I've never played or built super meta and honestly haven't changed my build much since the original build I made for myself was nerfed into uselessness with the release of Greymoor (now just run the basic necropotence and mother's sorrow combo).... but I always did well in PVP and could do most PVE content no problem. From the two minutes I took to test it out (I don't care enough at this point to be really thorough about it haha sorry), it looks like my dps has gone down by about 40-50% depending on how much I crit.

That's horrible, I am sorry for you
