Corrosive armor in update 35

Corrosive Armor penetration should just go back to working with direct physical damage only.
The main issue (outside of Brokensoul) is how hard it lets DKs hit with Molten Whip because it was never meant to interact with such a powerful burst ability, it's another dumb decision taken by ZOS during the hybridization fiasco.

your problem isnt with corrosive or DK or Oakensoul, your problem is because it feels strong when you are fighting it, and instead of nerfing something thats actually FUN to use, they should make OTHER things MORE fun to use

It's fun because you faceroll with it.

Even if it's only up 25% of the time, the mitigation + massive damage boost (due to pen) is too much.

It only lasts for 12 seconds though , pretty easy to kite / avoid

Ngl just learn to see the visual (bright green overlay) and kite. Then they are easy. I played DK to learn how the uptime is and ever since have absolutely NO problem kiting it out, turning and bursting them with either my warden, templar or nb. I feel it only little too much because of major heroism. not corrosive itself.
