Are these active even when not being used, just equipped? I have a 2 hander with max health enchant and a bow with flame damage enchant. When I weapon switch I do not see a decrease in health on my character sheet.

Are you sure ? I am pretty sure that such a thing doesn't exist in this game.

Yeah, the OP is confused.
There is no weapon enchant that affects max health in any way. So that would be why you aren't seeing anything.----

Ok what about shields? Its was my 1h+S and 2hander. The shield has the max health.
