To reduce difference between players ZOS decided for HA players that they better nerf US - it will be much better.
We was so dissapointedly strong that our DPS nerf for 1.5 times this patch.

It is so much better for us ... .

No - i feel like it is not !

I am also a fan of heavy attack builds. This certainly is not the right direction for them!

10% less famage from top OK fine - whyle all is passable. Do not even care.

But 50% difference ? PVE only sets ? Constant reworks ? - it is some not funny joke i am to old for )

For sure, I don't care about stuff like light attack nerfs. But heavy attacks... you actually need to stop and perform the action; you can't animation cancel them like light attacks. It makes no sense.

“Thank you for the info! Nerfing heavy attacks is certainly one of the more baffling changes. I agree with all you've said here.”

I think this is almost certainly due to pvp concerns. It’s a shame though. I think buffing heavy attack builds, particularly sorc lightning, which many many new and more casual players enjoy, would definitely help to “raise the floor.”

Thank you for posting! Interesting how light attacks are still the second highest source of damage on those metrics.

Not really. Light attacks got nerfed heavily, but AOEs and DOTs got the worst of it. With them proccing only once every two seconds and only dealing on average 2k damage per tick (before crits), light attacks deal double or triple the damage output in the same timeframe.

I would change DoT damage to tick every second and reduce light attacks by another 10-25%. This would boost the damage for every player and further reduce the gap that light attack weaving causes but still provides a variance between top players and average players

Pvp and pve not being balanced separately is another sore spot for me all on its own. It is ruining the game's combat, by my own estimation.
