Add-on that shows sets' origin/location when hoovering over an item in inventory

Hello,
When deciding what armour/weapon/jewellery to keep, I like to look up where they are from, usually using google.
It would be very handy if this origin/location information could be made available at the tooltip.
I'm aware of EsoSets and Item Set Browser add-ons, but as they don't work together with the inventory, essentially they are equal to external websites in regard to the case above. (Otherwise they are cool add-ons.)
Is anyone aware of any add-on that shows set origin in tooltip?
Or, if I were to try to create this add-on myself - keep in mind I'm super-beginner in add-on creation - can you recommend where to start (e.g. tooltip editing, extracting set info, etc.)?
