The fact of the matter is there will always be people complaining they can't beat someone or something and blame it on everything else, I mean IMO the best PvP game online ever was Fury good ol PC game it was everyone was give 10 skill slots to use and everyone was given THE SAME SKILLS to choose from, everyone had the exact same skills no one was special but I will be damned if people didn't *** about OP this and that just cause they lost.

When all it boils down to is they CAN be killed you just happened to lose.

Yeah, if it actually worked like that it would be fine but it doesn't it gives back huge amounts currently.

Its a BUG, same with mistform healing from bats and being untargetable in mist form.

The only actual nerf that is not a bug fix is ultimate reduction stacking. Because the 60% cost reduction vamps get to add onto every other passive and gear set is retarted.

Fixing broken mechanics is not a nerf.

You answered your own question. Vamp/Wolf were in previous TES games, including the last one, and as such they were continued with this game.

You either don't play PvP at all, or are one of the abusers.
You have videos all over the forum now. There is no "improving" or "adapting" to a broken build allowing a single player to brutalize entire zergs.

And let's even consider the broken builds; where is the skill? You say other players should adapt and improve. So I suppose you assume that the exploiters are on a higher level of skill since others have to improve to match them?

If so, please do explain how spamming one broken AoE ultimate is considered "skill"?

In a subscription game, you should not need to learn how to combat broken skills that are being abused everywhere so much that the forums are in flames over.
You can't tell me that ZOS has no idea about this by now.

And the patch notes.. list nothing about fixes, and the PTS people have no notes or changes in regards to alot of the broken skills.

Negate magic+ root= dead vamp and as for the videos it's a DK tank build using 2 vamp skills, DK tanks can be hard to kill already vamp ultimate just makes it harder doesn't mean vamp is at fault here as you can see he kills other vamps in the video aswell

Well, seeing as how battle roar looks at the base cost and not modified cost(200 vs sub 50) of an ult, I guess you could say that helps a bit.

I don't know, having nothing but vamps vs hunters is silly but Monday I did some pvp and at level 30 a group of 4-8 of us killed a party of 4 vet rank vamps repeatedly using silver bolts and templar flame spells. I died a lot as well but the fact that I can kill vets at 30 (with some support) using tactics doesnt seem terrible unbalanced. If they were not vamped and vr 7-10 I expert my arse would have been stomped repeatedly with no counter.

The only thing I saw that was OP was one of them (VR10) got into the middle of a keep we were taking and was nigh un-killable in the middle of two raids. No way to spread out when taking the flag of the keep and the high damage they were dealing plus the self healing (no other enemies in keep) was sickening. I don't know what their skill lines are cause I'm not a vamp and have not played on but there does need to be a limit on how many people they can affect with that build to stop that.

Cmon im a vampire here because behing a vampire is cool and you got awesome dark themed perk.. By default its normal for a vampire to be more dangerous then a regular character due to its many weakness... I would however have expected to have more ability and more weakness then this because 1 weakness for 3 spell doesn't realy mean much... where is my solar weakness or my ''guard attack me on sight'' joke at stage 4?
