I am vr 7 DK and just went 1v1 on a sorc vamp and it was untouchable. Make all the excuses you want but I will not play a vampire to be viable.

Fixing broken mechanics is not a nerf.

As I stated, i never wanted to play a mmo with half a population of vampires.

I honestly don't know why the vampire/werewolf thing even made into ESO. It was pretty much a gimmick in Oblivion and Skyrim. If I wanted to play a Vampire or Werewolf, I would of made one at the character selection screen.

I'm glad there are finally quite a few threads about this now, rather than just one mega 14k view one.

I'm not at all into whining and QQing to balance the game, but this is way beyond what anyone would consider acceptable.

The faster they fix this the better, I really can't see them not doing so.

If they nerf Banner, which is strong because a caster DK is slow with no movement, i will be forced into a melee charge *** stamina build.

DK has 2 choices outside of vampire, caster banner magicka resto class abilities...or a pure melee charge stamina build 2 hander s/b.

Problem is TESO didnt fixed it in a hotfix. hotfix for em are quest bugs atm, and maybe just 1% resource if for any else. PvP ballance is like always the last of the last. MMO strategy
TESO proved it, that its just an another mmo out there, nothing more, since they *** on the unballance or unfair advantages in pvp, what ever they said. There will be promises and thats all.

Just throwing this out there for those people who can't kill the DK Vamps abusing the ulti reduction stacking.

With 1 point in the passive.

They have a passive that gives 70% and more of each stat, whenever they use an ulti.
No amount of Silver Bolts in a 1v1 can stop this.

With 2 points in the passive.

I mean the passive states its 70% of the ultimate cost, but so far what i hear they get to reduce the cost down to something like 35, which really wont restore much? So I gues what i want to know if it is 70% of the reduced or the orginal ultimate cost? :-)
And the first line indicate there is some kind of fixed amount it restore allways, is that true, han how much is it if there is? Not a dk, so I dont know ;-)

I found out about it from my DK Vamp friend who has a DK Vamp group in Cyradiil.

Apparently it's broken, they just get back 70% of each stat.
So from 1% health/magicka/stam.
They can hit their Ulti and get 71% health/magicka/stam and sometimes more.
And with the Ulti reduction stacking, and Ulti points increase, they can basically just spam it, that's how you see those videos of people tanking 50+ people.
Even not being a vamp, they could just spam any ulti and still be able to do this.

The tooltips are just borked in general, especially when yer dealing with broken skills and mechanics.

Pretty sad to see Vampires get the hate of everyone, when it's just people abusing broken skills and mechanics.
Although it is very funny to see the Vampire plague.
Kinda makes you want to see the Dawnguard popup.

My character is only a vampire because I got bit by pure accident while killing a world boss O_o

Dead serious. I was just going to kill whatever there was there at Ushmaels whatever its called, and next thing i know i have a waypoint on my radar, and its the vampire shrine im at. Had no idea.

When I saw the selling of Vamp and WW Bites, and the complaining about camping and scamming it was annoying.
I hoped it would go away but it just kept on and on and got very annoying.
Now these characters seem to be causing problems in PvP / AvA with Vamps and others asking for a WW buff / fix.
The game is turning in a childish Vamp / WW phantasy.
I am probably old compared to some but the first "cool" vampire movie I watched was The Lost Boys and I didn't even really like that.
Now I just cringe and feel like I am trapped in a teen camp True Blood / Twilight fantasy and I am starting to feel ill and am reaching for my cancel sub button to cure me.

Nope, they will nerf the werewolf first even though it is the most under-powered transformation out there... mark my word.
