Lag, and Disconnections only on my main account

Recently i had some problems with my main account.
The reason why i have an idea it's main account, is course my 2nd account don't have the same problems.
So, when i play on my main account, i get these lag spikes, and some random disconnections, and i have tried everything i could think of.
I have update my graphic driver, i have flushed the DNS in CMD, i have reset ProgramData, i have pinged the EU servers in CMD, and it looked fine, i have reset my routers, i have updated my computer, i have re-install the game, i have changed the graphic settings, i have turn off all the VPNs on my computer, i even uninstall them just to be sure, i have clicked on repair in the luncher, have done the game consultant, i even tested on a other freshly new computer, with no addons, i have done a speedtest, just to check if it could be that.
And again, it's only my main account there got these problems, when i tried out my 2nd account on the very same computer, i had no problems.
Any idea what i should do?

I have no solution to offer, but since High Isle DLC, whenever I play ESO there are long loading screens, lag spikes, disconnects, long crafting menue load times and so on ...

I play one account only.
The last week I had biggest problems with my main character.

So what is different at my main character to the others?
What is different between your main account and other account?

More achievements, more regions explored, more storylines completed? More companions?

Zenimax obviously changed processing of ESO game data in some way, and I believe this makes ESO nearly unplayable for me.

same get constant crash alts get stuck cant load main charecter got stuck first day isle high took weeks for customer service to port charecter to diffrent locations cant enter or buy some houses get stuck when entering houes i own then have to get customer service to relocate 8 times and keeps happeing. did all ususal stuff re-insatlled game was told not to play with addons while they like into account and still happens did new alt traved to rosy line in know cant load charecter. Noticed this with every pacth our game data gets corrupted or something with pacthes which is nothing to do with our hardware or software and if addons do cause this then why are they allowed or used as an escape goat just going round in circles. Cant play other alts random crash interacting with mages dailies cant do crash, crash when using doors interacting with objects like doors trasure chest. 2700cp plus have been plaing 7 years with eso+ and its all come to this before sharding pacth never had any issues problems with crash loading game really gutted if i have to move on.

P.S sorry about english i have aspergers spelling and reading doesnt come easy thats why i play this game

As you've already went through most of the recommended troubleshooting, please go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.

hi i been in contact with customer service first [Incident: 220519-000945] i removed everthing then reinstalled the game then same issue. then i contacted with [Incident: 220519-000945] and was told to play without addons while they check copy and pasted

Inspection of your account shows that you are still using add-ons, which can cause many kinds of issues with the game. Please ensure that all add-ons have been completely removed from the game files, and keep them removed throughout troubleshooting for the best results.

can you please look in to it and if i can use some addons like crafting and maps

yes since 18th june playing without addons and with the events will need addons to do crafting without some addons everything is time consuming difficults managing alts with recipies traits item if worth selling maps surveys location quests digigging up findind leads completely diffrent game need a map or i get lost. Also this problem started after sharding cant level other alts cant accept mages dailies game crashes cant level companions cant enetr houses i want to buy crashes doing high isle quest crashes when useing doors in doungeons. worst is when the charecter dont load after crash then customer service relocates charecter they did 8 times. the first house the rosy inn everythime i enter charect crashes and doesnt load. re-downloaded game without addon did new charecter entered rosy inn then wouldn't load they didnt fix so deleted charecter thats why im thinking my account data my have problems

i don't have the random disconnects anymore, but now i only got random lag/ping spikes, makes it unplayable sometimes.
