Cant join more than 4 guilds at a time

so this has been an issue ever since one of my guilds got deleted or i was removed from it. Cannot apply to any guilds as it says I am member of maximum amount of guilds
submitted a ticket about this and sent a bug report aswell
Any help appreciated.
