Amazon Prime connect not working

Connected my Amazon prime to ESO. Said it was good, and that I could log in for my free stuff -- which has never shown up anywhere. What gives? Yet another bug?

    You will have to submit a ticket. Please head to ESO support section of website not forums. You can also review status of ticket there too.

    Some people have reported that unlinking and then relinking their accounts worked.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
