Honestly if someone had been completely honest and said 9 or 10 hours ago "hey, we're having trouble working out what is wrong, so the servers might not be up tonight", I'd have gone out, gone to bed, gone on holiday or something.
The 2 hours at a time thing and keep extending it without letting us know that they hadn't yet even identified the issue, is not the best approach and that communication could have been handled better.

Just to touch on this, the intention was not to have maintaince for this long. The team has been working around the clock to figure out the issue and giving updates every two hours. Which we then relay to all players to keep everyone in the loop. So it was not in an attempt to not be honest, as was implied. We understand this is frustrating, but we wanted to clear that up, as we were providing the best information that we had at the time at every update.

Don't think its fixed yet, I can't even get the login screen to come up. It crashes on hitting "PLAY" lol.
Just mentioning here, I have also posted in the Tech section.
Did they have a launch event? Maybe I was all hyped up for Blackwood and the new companion system. I remember watching their twitch or YouTube live stream etc and then the servers went live and we were able to adventure in Blackwood straight away.
H I launch seemed to be like.. we're doing weekly maintenance and that's it.
