Hello, i have an dunmer 444CP with medusa, leviathan (weapons and jewelry) and the crocodile (5% more damage) sets in the yellow category.

I have 66% critical chance and 29% critical damage in ww form. Also 47500 stamina with food.

Weapons with stamina and damage enchants and 3'6% critical each.
Armor with divine and stamina.
Jewelry with damage weapon enchant and stamina.

Can i improve this number with better sets? Any tip?

Thanks.

Depends on the style of the game. I only play solo or with my brother (Yes, we are losing a lot of content, but we just don't like the mechanics of the trials and their design. Maybe I'm too old already). And for the solo player - penetration beats any damage. And relying purely on math - the lack of penetration in your setup makes a REAL increase in damage less than 20% subject to a 100% crit chance. That is, in fact, the increase will be even less, since you do not crit at 100%. Of course, if we are talking about veteran dungeons and trials, where enemies have resists closer to the cap.
Let me expand a little more. I will not calculate everything up to 10 decimal places, just a rough calculation. With your parameters, for every 1000 damage you deal 1800. But these 1800 are reduced by enemy resists and when capped (and in the veteran dungeon, most of the trash has values close to the cap) turn into 1152. That is, with 100% crit, your increase in damage was only 15%. In a raid, when your party members can reduce the enemy's resistances - this is not critical, but I prefer to be self-sufficient rather than relying on someone else. Replacing weapon traits and mundus stone with penetration seems to be the cheapest way to get close to the penetration cap for party play.

i swap the shadow for the lover and now i do more damage.

I will change daggers for two handed maul with penetration trait

still 54% critical chance but now i have like 9k penetration.

idk if is best to change slimecraw for a mythic and a monster with penetration.

    Thanks!

@VadimAleks tips are good if you are running solo. If you are running group content (trials, dungeons) the penetration will be buffed by healers and tanks in organized groups, so if you run a penetration set, you will likely hit the cap and end up putting out less damage than you would with a traditional crit build.

I run a stamblade WW from time to time, and the two best base sets I've found are Tzvogin's and Relequen for a typical crit PVE DD build. Berserking Warrior also works really well if you don't have Tzvogin's given the constant amount of melee damage you put out. However, bleed builds also work well on a werewolf. I like Pillar of Nirn and Blooddrinker for those, but they require a specific CP setup. I run Thief mundus, and either Zaan, Balorgh, or Maarselok depending on content.

Since weapon passives don't work in wolf form, you can take any weapon with penetration, not necessarily a maul.

However, bleed builds also work well on a werewolf.
I don't pay much attention to bleeding. First, I'm playing with my werewolf brother - and only one bleed can be active on the target. That is, our bleedings overlap each other and one of them does not work. Secondly, the trash will die from the AoE faster than we put bleeding on all enemies, and in the case of the boss, the bleeding is generally insignificant, since it does not deal damage on the first tick. That is, bleeding procs 1 time in 4 seconds, deals damage only in the next second, does not extend or increase from subsequent attacks. In 4 seconds I will land a minimum of 4 hits at 8-12k each, which makes 13-14k bleeding extremely negligible.

the usefulness of hemorrhaging status effect from bleed dmg is applying minor mangle, which is -10% max hp (on targets that are not immune of course)

bleed builds buff bleed dmg which is a typed dmg that is dealt by the attack, while hemorrhaging is the status effect that comes from bleed dmg
    plays PC/NA
    handle @Necrotech_Master
    active player since april 2014

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

The "minor mangle" is just a joke. Bosses are immune, and who cares about 10% HP of trash? And even if the bosses were not immune - if I have enough damage and survivability to take off 9kk hp of the boss, then I will most likely take off 10kk as well. If not enough - these 10% will not save me. This is an extremely niche application for those rare cases when I lack exactly these 10%, the boss goes enrage and one-shot me..

Replace the Crocodile, by which I presume you mean Maw of the Infernal, with Oakensoul and 1x Slimecraw. A lot of buffs overlap, but permanent Major Force, Berserk, Courage...

EDIT: Unless you're doing organised group content, in which case I'm not sure. Scrutinise Oakensoul for yourself. I suppose the other thing is, if you have access to trial gear, then there's probably some "Minor Slayer" set that will beat Leviathan. That new crafted set that gives crit chance and even more crit damage may also be decent, as long as you don't hit the cap.
