No REPAIR option in the game client?

As suggested by the player above, restarting with the task manager then waiting a minute may get the repair option to show in your launcher.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios

✭It wasn't there for me... then it suddenly appeared.
I've just tried that because the game has been consistently hanging when I try to log in. It gets to the login queue, then goes to a picture with a spinning wheel of dragons in the bottom right corner, then it simply hangs, the wheel stops spinning with a noise like a crashing wave, then... nothing. Consistently. Six times now. If I alt-tab out and come back, the picture itself is gone, leaving just a black screen. If I use Task Manager to close and restart, the same happens again. But this time the "Repair" option reappeared in the game options launcher screen so I'm trying that.1
