I noticed that only light attacks of Overload ultimate summon a Bound weapon and not Overload heavy attacks.
Is it a bug ?

✭✭✭✭✭Overload heavy attacks very very rarely are considered heavy attacks by the game. They do not get recognized as such by most sets and interactions. Not even our very own crystal weapon recognizes it as such.
