Problems Inactive account
Hi, I am a returning player who has been playing ESO since 2014 but have had a long break of a few years. I found out that my account was inactive so contacted support, anyway to cut a long story short I re-subbed to ESO and the money was claimed by Direct Debit on 26th April 2022, since then I have had no communication from them and my account is still inactive. I have tried numerous times to contact them, but no replies, is there somewhere I don't know about to contact Support?
