newly created character no loading

On my totally vanilla EU account, I just created an orc stamsorc and skipped the tutorial. It spent a considerable time trying to load me into Blackwood (which I do not own) then decided to try to load e into Stormhaven where its been spinning for about 5 mins now.
The loading into the latest chapter default might need a check into.

✭✭I just end tasked it because plainly it was having a moment.
fortunately it did save the toon, but it is still trying to drop him in blackwood, which I do not own.
After a few minutes it did switch to Stormhaven, so thats something. At least he loaded.PCNA
