It has been acknowledged by ZoS as a known issue, somewhere in one of their posts. No info yet about a fix, but just cancel the login and login again, it's easy to work around.

Known issue. Don't wait 5 minutes. Relog and try again.

That applies to ESO and to any other online service or website. If something is stuck at 1 second, it's going to remain stuck forever. Try again.

I wasn’t aware the issue had went away. The delayed play button is still here too. Leave the queue and try again works for the 1 second queue. Close the launcher and reload works sometimes for the missing play button. Both annoying but doubt if anybody is working the issue.

PLEASE can we have this issue pinned somewhere ZOS? It feels like every week someone else just discovers this glitch and announces how long they wait for the fake que to pop when literally we have been trying to explain for months that you need to CANCEL the que, not wait.

On April 16th there were some server issues for a limited time that should now be resolved. For anyone still encountering login issues please let us know.
