Are you meant to lvl an entire vet lvl per zone?

Because i'm increasingly underleveled, i hit shadowfen at 90% of the way to vet 3.

Xithian✭✭✭To my understanding, not on quests alone. Quests do not carry you all of the way there. I hear that group dungeons give a hefty bit of VP. Completing all of the world bosses, anchor sites, and open dungeons also gives VP.
I have a guildy that's running dungeons all the time. He's flying compared to me.1 -

Be sure to complete every world boss and the "anchors", those give a lot of expTemplar from the Nord0 -
Tandara✭The 47 quests achievement zones wont grant you a whole lvl only about 80% of it.(with every quest/bosses/public dungeon etc.)
The other zones give you a full level and at the beginning(vr1-2) even 10-20% of the next one.0 -

I simply dont get it. I only do quests and some PVP and i overleveled first and second zone by 1 rank. If this is will keep going like that, i will be VR7 in VR5 zone.0 -

I wonder.. i'm AD experianceing the EP pact, what about you? Because i'm the same, doing all quests, anchors, and stuff, still falling short.

IrtaxSoul ShrivenVR 2-4 I finished the zone overleveled by 10-20%. VR 5-6 I finished almost right on level, VR 7-9 I finished zones about 20% underleveled. I hit VR 10 with 1 small quest area to go in the final zone. Did quests, public/solo dungeons, anchors and bosses in every zone.0

from questing alone, as well as getting all points to white so to speak, i have hit the next vet level about halfway through a zone. V3 and about 1/3 through rivenspire. i doubt its pvp xp helping since i only join the guild about twice a week for a couple of hours.0 -

Personally as an NB im stealthing all the quests (its my job and its fun) which means the xp from kills is almost non existant.
Not a big deal i will rank up from 9 to 10 in pvp.

kirnmalidus✭✭✭✭I was a bit short of VR3 when I hit Shadowfen, but caught up within a few quests. I have found that the world bosses and dolmens give a fairly large amount of XP in VR, relative to quests and general mobs.
