1st, that the customer needs to point out >QOS ( quality of service issues) is a poor level of service in 2020.
Zos needs and should have this out of the box and have a message stating that login is a problem
PLEASE DO SOMETHING
2nd Please update customer on progress and after on root cause analysis. This is standard procedure in IT Industry. Otherwise my conclusion is that that ZOS is asleep at the wheel and SLA = 0.

✭Error 201. Cant't find any way to login. I guess that soon the servers will be down, and some maintenance will prevent us from play. And since I only have a couple of hours today to play, I'll lose the tickets and all daily stuff today, as usual.
And that's why I hate so much events. Events are the cancer of this game. They should cancel all events and find other way to promote the game without ruining the frequent users.1 -
