I suggested in a previous thread that requiring a target on Streak would require a more skilful play to be this effective. You pivot into the attacker, Streak through them, and then Streak a second time. They in turn still need to break free, now turn 180° and close the gap. This is preferable to just having a button which does all that for you and would raise the skill ceiling for actual good sorc players to rise into.

This is bad for multiple reasons, first mag and stam don't have the same use of Streak, second solo players, group players same problem ...
You can't force one aspect to fit them all. Streak is fine, not perfectly fine but it's good. I could see BoL absorbing the next X projectiles or reducing the damage by X% ...

Could you detail these differences and how a required target or minimum travel distance for the stun to proc would be an unequal impact between mag and Stam, group and solo?

Streak is just another one of those abilities whose design is absolutely incomprehensible for anyone who has played other mmos (along with mistform, clownform and arctic blast)
They already did something like this to a couple of class skills. Turn Evil was basically converted to a superior version of NB's fear, and it is a guild skill available for all classes.I want streak on all my chars, i propose a copy paste of the skill into mages guild line or something. Id buy mages guild skill line from crown store if this was the case, wink wink
