I need to update my account email, as I recently lost access to my email and it'll probably be a couple of weeks before I can regain access to it, and for some reason ESO thinks I'm using new hardware after a restart (I'm not) and is requiring a verification code that is being sent to that inaccessible account. I've attached a screenshot of the error I get when I try to use account recovery. Since I can't log in to file a ticket, and the account recovery link seems to be broken, I would greatly appreciate a member of the support team reaching out to me here. Thank you!
