Hi there, I just want to start by saying that I understand the current circumstances in reality, but I opened a ticket some time ago and have been waiting for a response/resolution to one of my tickets for 6 days now. It remains as "waiting on an agent" and I am concerned that it will go unanswered. Is there any suggestions or devs out there that can help?
