Error 326 - Character Locked

So this morning my character got 'Booted from Server' - first time I ever saw that sort of error - and when I tried to log back in I discovered that my character was locked out.

I (thought) I opened a ticket and went to work. When I checked back several hours later, it looked like my ticket wasn't opened, so I opened another and did a search to see who else might be having this issue, and what their typical response time was.

Looks like response times do vary... anyone run into this issue recently and how long did it take you to hear back? I'm wondering if it's wroth while for me to continue to pay for ESO+ while I wait, or if I should just cancel my membership until this is fixed?

    Its been a day and a half, and I haven't heard from anyone about this matter. Not even an automatic email to say that my flag has been received and is being looked at. Kinda feel like I'm yelling into the void.

    Going on day 3 now. Still no response. Still no acknowledgement or email confirmation.

    Character was locked out due to a crash, and I can only assume a subsequent bug.

    I'd appreciate someone looking into this please.

    I've reopened a new ticket, as per your instructions, but I have still not received an emailed confirmation. I have responded to your forum message with the new ticket number.

    I have double-checked my email junk folder, and have reconfirmed that the email which is attached to my account is correct and current.

    I opened a second ticket as you had instructed, and now one of my tickets has been deleted as a duplicate. So clearly someone has seen my tickets, but now I've lost my line in the que. And my character remain locked.

    When can I expect someone to take a look at this please?

    My second ticket is remaining unsolved. My que has been pushed back due to your suggestion that I open a second ticket.

    When I can I expect someone to take a look at my locked character? From reviewing the forums, characters are mainly locked due to inappropriate behavior or naming conventions. That isn't the case here.

    I'd appreciate someone looking into this.

    @ZOS_BillE It's been four days since my character got locked out and I opened my initial ticket. I haven't heard back from anyone - yourself included - about the status of my ticket.

    Has my second ticket been delivered to the appropriate place, because I have STILL not received a confirmation.

    This morning marks a week since my character was 'locked'.

    While I appreciate BillE's PM's response letting me know that my tickets is in the correct que and that tickets relating to my particular issue take 'longer' to address, I can't help but feeling that a WEEK, seven full days is sufficiently long enough to address an issue.

    I understand that Customer Service is a difficult situation to be in, especially during a pandemic, but I have been waiting for seven days for an problem which is on the ZOS server end to be corrected, and I am very quickly running out of patience.

    Please fix it.
