So this morning my character got 'Booted from Server' - first time I ever saw that sort of error - and when I tried to log back in I discovered that my character was locked out.
I (thought) I opened a ticket and went to work. When I checked back several hours later, it looked like my ticket wasn't opened, so I opened another and did a search to see who else might be having this issue, and what their typical response time was.
Looks like response times do vary... anyone run into this issue recently and how long did it take you to hear back? I'm wondering if it's wroth while for me to continue to pay for ESO+ while I wait, or if I should just cancel my membership until this is fixed?
