Any chance that anyone was going to use invigorating got crushed when they further nerfed impen imo. The more they nerf impen the more I'm gunna need to trait it.

Imperial named with some sort of variation of "Deo"

It is a great trait, next patch it will BIS for both PvP and PvE. I can't believe zos is buffing it next patch, 17 recovery up from 11, they have lost it. I use this triat on all my charcters and I never run out of resource, next patch I will have infinite sustain.

If invigorate keeps being BIS, I'm afraid zos will nerf invigorate next year like they are doing with impenetrable trait. Current Impenetrable trait used to be BIS for PvP, but it got nerfed this year and invigorate got buff, the new meta is invigorate for PvP. Can you even imagine this, 119 tri recovery on full gold? This is mental.

I really want to like it... but this micro buff ... is not enough
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Hey, at least its more useful than the Prosperous trait it replaced!

Hilariously, you actually saved more gold from reducing armor repair costs with impen than you made from killing mobs with Prosperous. It was that bad.

There is a reason as to why they removed prosperous, it was BIS since game launch and they were unable to nerf it. Now they are doing the same thing to invigorate.

Purely stat wise it's actually pretty decent. Compare it to divines which would give you roughly 197 flat regen (taking into consideration the buff to atronach and divines next patch) and you will see 119 tri regen is pretty reasonable.

The only problem is that for pve tri regen is useless and for pvp other traits are still more important.

I've found invigorating to be pretty good for my PvE (PuG) dungeon healing builds. I like to run the steed mundus (for convenience and to simplify some mechanics), so divines isn't really ideal/necessary, and infused isn't great on the smaller armor pieces. I've also found that a little extra Stam Regen is nice for cases where I need to sprint or dodge a lot (thanks fake tanks). I'm sure what I'm running isn't anything special from a minmax perspective, but it works for me.

I'm sorry but idk if you're being serious or not. Just in case you aren't:
    - In pve hp regen is worthnothing. The ticks are laughable, every form of self healing is far more important AND in any serious content you have designated healers anyways.
    - In pvp tri regen is nice, but impen is still the most powerful trait by far unless you're up against malacath builds. Even then there's many better options like reinforced (heavy pieces and shield), sturdy (on shield builds), divines for ganking, well fitted for roll dodging builds etc.

Invig is BIS for Hybrid PvE specs. It allows you to weave more magic and stam skills. That with LA's from VMA staff equal out the lost of divines/shadow.

Invigorating was and still the best trait for pvp and pve what ever the case, you just need to give it try.

Also it is environmentally friendly and made from natural materials

Ye haha as I said I wasn't sure whether or not you were being serious. I know most people are just trolling here but a few are actually discussing the trait. And ye just wanted to point out that stat wise it's pretty decent in theory, but the fact that it gives tri regen makes it useless for all endgame content. :)

This one wonders when this imitation of our khajiit ways will end. Here in invigorating we have a supercharged version of our Robustness passive. This with the addition of healing to the shadow - a clear mimickry of our feline ambush passive and a whole 1% crit damage stronger. What’s next? Our tails and whiskers?

The only reason you can PvE mag DPS can Sustain is B4B. That is being gutted.

You should transmute to invigorating for next patch to gain back sustain lost from Nerfed B4B

I like the way you think, but you missed the BiS regen set, Darloc Brae:

2 items: Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
3 items: Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
4 items: Reduces the radius you can be detected while Sneaking by 2 meters. Reduces the cost of Sneak by 10%.
5 items: While crouching and not blocking, you restore 670 Magicka and Stamina and heal for 670 Health every second.

Now, I'd replace either of Eternal Vigor and Willow's Path with it since this is THE regen set. Naturally, you'd be crouching all the time and not really engaging in combat, but with this build that's probably for the best anyway.

Also, since you only gave us 11 pieces, lets add a one piece of a monster set here to complete the build. Bloodspawn, Chokethorn or Engine Guardian will do the job, depending on whether you want to focus on stam, mag or health regen.

Using this improved setup you will never run out of resources which you can use to slowly crouch around the beautiful world of Tamriel.

Let me know how the pure regen build goes in pvp lol. The NB 1vxers are already testing the waters for Widowmaker+Pillar of Nirn.

    Widowmaker:
(2 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(3 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(4 items) Adds 1096 Max Stamina
(5 items) When your alchemical poison fires, spore on the ground in front of you that explodes after 1 second dealing 19728 Poison Damage over 5 seconds to all enemies within 5 meters of it.

    Pillar of Nirn

(2 items) Adds 1096 Max Stamina
(3 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(5 items) When you deal damage, you create a fissure underneath the enemy after 1 second, dealing 4718 Physical Damage to all enemies within 2.5 meters and causing them to bleed for an additional 23590 Physical Damage over 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

I’m quite curious how the regen builds are going to outregen those above proc/dot damage. Unless you have Efficient Purge back bar, good luck.

The current regen builds cannot withstand the 1 shot Onslaught gank build. No matter how hard pve’rs try to pve in Imperial city.

The only sustain set I have is Bone pirate, and I’m quite satisfied with it.

Personally, I'd much rather they push numbers bit by bit in the direction they need to go and see how the meta reacts rather than lurch from one meta to the other every three months. If impen is any indication that might be what they're doing with invigorating.
