Alienware gaming services - Has anyone tried them to config their system for ESO?

handsofstone
Has anyone attempted to allow Alienware gaming services to config their PC to see if they can get the game to work. The game crashed several times on me and eventually caused a continuous re-boot loop. I had to re-install windows because of this. (my computer is a brand new maxed out X51 gaming desktop).

Processor: Intel Core 4th Generation i7-4770 Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.9 GHz)
16gb ram ddr 3 dual channel 1600 mhz
gt 760ti oem w/ 2gb gddr5 ram
windows 7
I have not attempted to download the game again. I paid for pre-release and only got 4 hours out of it because of crashing. I am not upset. I would just like to play the game. AT this point I'm very leary about trying the game out again until there are some in place fixes for the errors.
Any feedback on Alienware's ability to configure the game would be great. Or any other feedback.

Not that it will help you but worth a try. I had to run the game in compatibility mode win 7 during beta or I crashed also. Since launch at least for me it runs without needing to do that for now......but if it helps you it's worth sharing.

System sounds unstable, I would send it back, get my money back, buy a better PC for less, profit?

Seriously though you shouldn't need third party bloatware to configure the game to run.

I have an older Area 51 machine running win 7. No problems at all to run the game. Seems strange that the game should influence the system. I suspect that your machine win installation is unstable. I would contact support am ask them to check your system.

Played with Allienware notebook. All works fine. Did have some crashed situations, but I believe this was due to low memory, other vice it worked fine later on.

just did a complete download of windows since somehow I was thrown into a continuous boot cycle after crashing several times. I will do all my driver updates and try THIS again I guess.
