Booted from server- & account suspended

Hi there, I am writing on behalf of a guildie who could not login since last thursday.

He was in a trial run and suddenly was booted out from server with error 307. He had tried this solution https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9324/

He also had submitted support ticket , this is the support ticket number: #200627-008062

It's been frustrating that he cannot play for almost a week and his account for forum or website has been suspended as well.

    First, I would suggest editing out the user name.

    @ZOS_BillE can check to see if the ticket is in the correct queue and may be able to help or at least help communicate to your friend what happened and is happening.

    Has anyone attend this ticket yet? I need this guild mate as healer in trial and it sucks that he can't even login for almost 2 weeks now. We had to constantly finding fills
