My friend's account has been banned permanently and he appealed to the ban 2 weeks ago. I totally understand that you are under high volume, but he just wants to check out the status of the ticket again since he got no replies for 2 weeks.

While I expect it has improved some, tickets have been backed up since COVID started and it may still be about 2 weeks for a response on tickets.

What they have mostly been doing in the forums since the backup started is making sure the ticket is in the right place. You can post their ticket number in this thread but @ZOS_BillE and company may prefer to speak to the person who actually owns the account.
