Items which are in the crownstore and should be on both servers (Na and Eu) when purchased on one.

I feel like for people who bought these items on both servers should just get a refund and if it was gifted that person should get the refund simple as. I don't know why these aren't account bound and are server bound due to them being so expensive and just seem like something which should be on both servers.

Every store item should be awarded for both megaservers. After all it's the same game and the same account.

Absolutely everything bought with crowns should be on both servers. Crowns are account wide so once spent, you lose them on both servers but only have access to the item purchased on the server you were logged in on. It's pretty slimy to double dip like that. While I'm sure it's a technical consequence of the way server vs account functions, there should be something in place to counteract that.

I'd be OK with it even if they didn't give us a refund. Not that it is ever going to matter. They will never do this.

I think everything on that list except from assisstants is already available on both servers, isn't it?

its not if you bought those from crown store. it is if you bought your game with those already attached.

I've been saying this from the beginning when I logged onto my NA account and realised I had crowns missing, but didn't have the items I'd bought. I thought it was a bug and submitted a ticket, sweet summer child that I was. I get that the two servers are separate and you can't have the item you bought on one added to the other for... reasons, and yet they can take the crowns from both servers. Hmmm.

If I were in ZOS's position, I'd agree to this and allow every Crown Store item to be used twice, i.e. on both servers. Then I'd double the price of those items to compensate for the lost sales revenue.

Another example of "Be careful what you wish for!"

It's disgusting. I purchased my Coldharbour house on PC NA but don't have access on PC EU. BUT, if I spend crowns on the PC EU server, those crowns are spent on both platforms- so my crown pool is account-wide, but items I buy from the crown store are not. As someone else said, it's really slimy.

I agree with you all but wonder what would happen with gem bought items. I had gems from stream watching and spent them on one thing on EU and something else on NA. Would one lot of things have to be lost?

That depends on whether the lost revenue would be that much. I don't think it would be. I don't even think it would be close. As a matter of fact, revenue aside, if I were ZOS, I would not consider this because it really isn't needed. The number of players actively playing at the same level of play on both geographies is probably very small.

P.S. Forgot to mention that Bethesda, Sony, Microsoft, Valve, and now Google would all have to agree. The chances of that happening are somewhere around half the chance of winning the Powerball jackpot every week for a month.

This should 100% be the case. I could be wrong here, but I'm sure there's nothing stopping them from making things available on both servers (aside from greed obviously) since Crowns spent on one are removed from the other; there's already communication going on between the servers because of your account. But it's just one more thing we'll never hear any official word about and something I don't ever see changing.

so there is no reason to do it very low % plays on both server something with 0,x and if u want play on an other server for any reason u can buy ur stuff again to u atleast have free 8 mroe char slots

But what if people move? What if people want to have multiple guilds? What if people want to play with their friend's on the other server? I know ALOT of people (More than 60 just personally) who play on both servers just because they enjoy to play with other people.

That's why I said refunds should be handed out for those who double paid. It's not fair to spend 30 euros or more on a permanent upgrade on 1 of the servers to not get it on another.
